More than 20 years Eltrade produces and offers maximum reliable cash registers. Eltrade also exclusively holds on the perfect service and maintenance of the devices.

That is why we have offices with service centres in eight regional cities that cover the whole territory of Bulgaria.

Eltrade service centres are responsible for repairs of fiscal and POS devices purchased by our customers. Also, trainings and technical support to over 200 distributors across the country are conducted at the service centres.

In addition to the necessary equipment and tools for the diagnosis, repair and test-service centres also have a large number of spare parts and modules.

When a customer with an active subscription contract reports a problem the response time from our side is 2 hours.

Repairs are carried out within one business day.

Option 1 (warranty cash registers)

  •          Keeping an individual record of the fiscal device according art. 50 para. 1 of Ordinance N-18 MF / 13.12.2006
  •          Each visit of a service technician at the customer’s site is paid.
  •          Includes labour and spare parts.

 

Option 2 (out-of-warranty cash registers)

  •          Keeping an individual record of the fiscal device according art. 50 para. 1 of Ordinance N-18 MF / 13.12.2006
  •          Each visit of a service technician at the customer’s site is paid.
  •          Includes labour and spare parts. 

 

Option 3 (out-of-warranty cash registers)

  •          Keeping an individual record of the fiscal device according art. 50 para. 1 of Ordinance N-18 MF / 13.12.2006
  •          Unlimited visits for repair of the FD without charge.
  •          Free replacement of Fiscal Memory Module and printer device at fault.
  •          Free programming of 100 PLUs.
  •          Free setting of the clock.

 

Option 4 (warranty fiscal printers)

  •          Keeping an individual record of the fiscal device according art. 50 para. 1 of Ordinance N-18 MF / 13.12.2006
  •          Each visit of a service technician at the customer’s site is paid.
  •          Includes labour and spare parts.

 

Option 5 (out-of-warranty fiscal printers)

  •          Keeping an individual record of the fiscal device according art. 50 para. 1 of Ordinance N-18 MF / 13.12.2006
  •          Each visit of a service technician at the customer’s site is paid.
  •          Includes labour and spare parts.

 

Option 7 (out-of-warranty cash registers)

  •          Keeping an individual record of the fiscal device according art. 50 para. 1 of Ordinance N-18 MF / 13.12.2006
  •          Each visit of a service technician at the customer’s site is paid.
  •          The labour and spare parts are not included in the subscription fee.

 

Option 8 (out-of-warranty fiscal printers)

  •          Keeping an individual record of the fiscal device according art. 50 para. 1 of Ordinance N-18 MF / 13.12.2006
  •          Each visit of a service technician at the customer’s site is paid.
  •          The labour and spare parts are not included in the subscription fee.
