DETELINA is a software product applicable in the organization and management of catering in institutions, companies, factories, universities, and others. It has flexible structure which enables to adapt it to the needs of the concrete commercial site. The variety of modules helps to organize entirely the catering from the delivery of products, creation of recipes, issuing menu to the serving of the customers (acceptance and fulfillment of their orders). The manager can keep track of the availabilities in the warehouse and can have full report at any time. ELTRADE offers designing, integrating and support of complete POS solutions for management of canteens. DETELINA is successfully integrated with our software – X-PAY SERVER, designated for payment with electronic cards, as well as with various hardware solutions, among which are the qualitative and reliable POS products with brand name: NCR, EPSON, ELTRADE, Metrologic, TYSSO, and others. In practice two variants for POS equipment are established: with cash registers and with NCR POS terminals with touchscreen for fast marking of the orders. According to the needs of the concrete canteen, the POS system can be integrated on different principle: semi-free consumption (by inconstant stream of customers), semi-free consumption with customer cards (by constant stream of customers), preliminarily orders (by planned orders) and combination of them.
