A hostel with a vegetarian and vegan restaurant reopened last month in the center of old town in Bansko. Searching for a trustworthy solution to improve the service and orders in the kitchen, the owner found the solution for restaurants of "Eltrade". It was recommended to him by a partner and his business contractors on the Black Sea coast.

The restaurant is situated in a house that was built in 1830 and is part of the architectural and cultural heritage of the resort. The owner is an English entrepreneur with long-term business investments in Bulgaria. He really likes the vintage style of Bansko, which is why he preserved and restored the authentic look of the house. He gave his restaurant the appropriate name LE RETRO – cozy place, typical of the XIX century, but with a bit a of a modern taste of atmosphere and cuisine.

The manager chose software "Detelina BOS + POS", with an integrated module "Kitchen display management", specially translated into English to ease the handling of the program, and also the interface language can be changed according to user’s needs.

One of the biggest advantages of the chosen solution is the balance between price and quality of the integration. He plans purchasing two licenses for the POS app for Android in the spring which will allow waiters to take the order on a tablet or smartphone and it will be saved in real time in the database of the commercial software.
