- Offline mode - You can still handle your customers in the retail store even in case of simultaneous failure of the server and all computers within the system, but one. This is possible since the offline operating mode ensures periodic data interchange among all computers in the system.
- Cloud structure - Detelina is able to store data in a remote cloudbased server which ensures greater security.
GRAPHICAL REPORTS AND ANALYSES
Detelina offers a wide range of retail management reports. Most of the reports may be displayed graphically. The graphs and charts give the manger a notion about the current situation in the retail store. You can compare different periods, groups of goods, sellers, etc.
SCREENS
You can design the main sales screen according to your needs. You may add keys for quick sales on the screen, change the cash receipt size on the screen, draw a scheme of tables in a restaurant, etc.
CENTRALIZED MANAGEMENT
You are able to manage multiple sites from just one central office. You may change prices, make deliveries, receive reports. You are able to receive information about each of the facilities remotely.
CONFIGURATION AS PER YOUR DEMANDS
Detelina is designed on a modular basis. More than 50 modules were developed (refer to page 32). You may select a module that suits your specific needs. For example, “Mobile phone voucher sales” module, ID card/passport reading” module, “Loyalty” module, “Connection with a bank POS terminal" module, etc.
LOYALTY SYSTEMS
Detelina offers a flexible system for discounts, promotions, games with customers. It provides powerful marketing means for increasing the sales volume.
CUSTOMER CARDS PAYMENT SYSTEM
You can issue individual cards for your customers that they can use to pay in your retail store or restaurant. The system creates a personal account for each customer and you may set debit, credit payments, limits and discounts.
OPEN SYSTEM
Detelina is an open system and can be connected to other programs and systems. There are existing integrations with several ERP systems, such as SAP, Navision, Sigma and Singular as well as with several accounting programs, such as “Business navigator", “Plus minus", “Ajur", “Algos" etc.
Detelina supports a number of fiscal devices from different manufacturers and a wide range of peripheral devices – printers, scanners, scales, etc.
