How does it work

• Actual visualization of the tables and chairs of a restaurant dining hall.
  
• Visualization of the number of seats at a table: when booking 2 seats at a table with 5 chairs, the untaken 3 seats are coloured differently in the dining hall plan and thus appear as available.

Depending on the needs of a particular restaurant, upon making a reservation, the following information can be added as well:

• Guest’s name
• Reservation date
• Number of guests - adults and children
• Additional remarks (vegetarian, baby high chair, etc.)
• Particular restaurant name (if it is part of a chain with multiple sites)
• Room number and hotel (applicable to hotel complexes)
  

The software can monitor the following:

• Completed reservations (the respective customer has arrived)
• Pending reservations (the respective customer hasn‘t arrived yet).
  

This software allows cancelling and confirming a reservation, as well as tracking the number of reservations made by each guest. 

There is an option to make reservations for breakfast, lunch and dinner at different premises of the same hotel complex.
