Affordable solution for management of small shops.

  • This solution is designed for a single working place with two main functions:
    - Registration and execution of sales (POS).
    - Back Office System (BOS), such as stock control and management of deliveries, pricing, stocktakings and discarding goods.
  • BOS and POS operations are performed from one computer.
  • The cash register operates in fiscal printer mode.
  • The sales are performed easy and fast by using a bar code scanner, an electronic scale and a cash drawer connected directly to the computer.


  • Two types of working places are organized:

- Point of sale (POS), for sales.

- Back Office System (BOS) for management of warehouse stocks and deliveries, price-formation, making audits, discarding goods and for generating different types of reports.

  • Flexible system for different types of promotions and discounts for the customers.
  • Issuing customer cards for discounts and vouchers for presents.
  • A photo may be added to the product tag.

  • Real-time monitoring of the sales in a retail chain from one location - "Central Office" module.
  • Centralized setting the sales prices for the different shops.
  • Different prices may be programmed for the same item in the different shops.

  • Possibility for items management from a single location.
  • Matching the prices on the shelf labels with the prices at the database and goods acceptance via mobile terminals.
  • Performing partial stock-taking using mobile terminals and monitoring of stock quantities.
  • Automatic data file interchange via an FTP server.
  • In case of failure of connectivity with the central office, each shop from the chain may operate independently. When the connection is recovered, the data is synchronised automatically.
