How does the system work

- The contactless inventory system uses RFID technology, based on a radio frequency connection between an identifier (RFID label) and a reader. In the identifier there is a built-in chip with unique number.
- The information is read from distance via transceiver device (reader), which reads all labels within its range with a single scan. As a final step, the data is processed in a digital format.

- Contactless inventory registration can also be performed via wireless barcode reader by scanning of barcode tags. This technology is a less expensive option than RFID, but the process is slower because the scanner should have direct visibility and read the labels one by one.
