According to the new texts, companies that use SMMS (Sales Management Systems at Retail Outlets) must meet the requirements of the regulation by January 31, 2020 instead of September 30, 2019.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ordinance states that enterprises with sales revenues of more than BGN 16 million. BGN, the value of assets on the balance sheet exceeds BGN 8 million. BGN. and staff of more than 50 people (for whom at least 2 of the three criteria are present) and whose cash sales are less than 5% of revenue, can also choose to use sales management software (RMS), which creates a standardized audit file. Companies that have chosen the new option must bring their activities in line with Ordinance H-18 by the end of March 2020.
