The project was implemented by our distributor &#8220;Orgservice&#8221; &#8211; Stara Zagora. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new site consists of two zones &#8211; a fast food restaurant, which offers a warm kitchen for consumption on site or for home, and a bakery with freshly baked bread. Sales throughout the site are managed with &#8220;Detelina Permium&#8221; in combination with a fiscal printer EPSON TM-T810F, a POS terminal and an ELTRADE A1 cash register, on which only sales in the bakery are marked. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eltrade.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/petraki11-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4474\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.eltrade.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/petraki11-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.eltrade.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/petraki11-400x225.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.eltrade.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/petraki11-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.eltrade.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/petraki11-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.eltrade.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/petraki11-1000x563.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.eltrade.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/petraki11.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The culinary house is part of the chain of neighborhood bakeries &#8220;Petraki&#8221; in Stara Zagora, where everything is produced and sold on site. According to the owner Petar Petrov, the stores offer more than 15 types of handmade bread according to old recipes &#8211; white, typed, whole grain, multigrain, with einkorn, with rye, with live kvass, with the addition of seeds, olive oil, olives, with sprinkles, baguettes, baguettes, bagels, as well as bread baked on a stone slab.
