The new facility of the company “Astreya 91”, which opened its doors in November last year in the center of Gorna Oryahovitsa, manages its business with a system of “Eltrade”, which consists of two cash stations (POS) and an administrative workplace (BOS) for inventory management, deliveries, pricing, audits, scrapping of goods and many types of reports. The company, known for its trademark “Zhaneta”, also chose the POS module for Android<\/a>, with which customer orders are entered on a tablet or smartphone and recorded in real time in the database of commercial software “Detelina”<\/a>. The orders themselves are visualized in the kitchen through the “Kitchen Display<\/a>” module, which speeds up their implementation. <\/p>\n\n

Eltrade equips the restaurant, which, in addition to confectionery products, also offers cooked food, with POS terminals<\/a>, fiscal devices, POS printers<\/a> and scanning devices. As a supplier of small sweets and sponge cakes in stores throughout the country, Astrea 91 has also chosen to subscribe to the COMARCH EDI<\/a> service offered by Eltrade for the exchange of electronic invoices and other documents between retail chains and their suppliers. <\/p>\n\n

The company operates three more restaurants – one in Gorna Oryahovitsa and two in Veliko Tarnovo, where it is also considering implementing Detelina software.<\/p>\n\n

“Astrea 91” produces small sweets, dry pastes, rolls, cakes, Easter cakes and various pasta, known on the market under the brand “Zhaneta”. The company was established in 1991 in Gorna Oryahovitsa as a small workshop for the production of cakes. Over the years, the company has developed successfully \u2013 it has expanded its assortment to over 500 products, opened new outlets and production workshops, delivered its products to all parts of Bulgaria and to over 13 countries in Europe.
