Detelina Mobile Trading

The “Mobile Trading” module is part of the trading software “Detelina”. Its work is tied to the main base of the software, which is why it is mandatory to pre-install and configure “Detelina Premuim”.

The module has been developed and intended for use by traders and companies working in the field of delivery trade. It has functionality for three types of trading operations:

  • ExVan (making direct sales from stock in the warehouse)
  • PreSales (generating orders that are subsequently processed in the warehouse and delivered the next day).
  • Delivery (performing a return operation for goods – delivery)

For direct sales, it is required to have a fiscal device connected to the terminals on which the fiscal receipts are printed in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance H-18.

What is it

The mobile commerce solution is a module to the Detelina software for making sales and orders from a mobile merchant on site at a customer’s site. It allows both direct sales logging and order collection.

The app is suitable for:

  • Traders who take an order on the spot with a customer for the purpose of later delivery (Presales trading).

  • Companies that develop mobile commerce or other similar activities.

How it works

  • With the help of an Android tablet or smartphone, sales and orders of products can be registered at any time.
  • All item data is created and entered through the administrative module of “Detelina” and is used without the possibility of changing it from the application.
  • The information is stored in a local database and, if there is an online connection, it can be synchronized with the headquarters.
  • The synchronization process is two-way. First, the newly created documents are sent to the main database, and then the changed item data is downloaded.
  • All information is stored in the non-volatile memory of the device.
  • On a fiscal device connected to the terminals, the fiscal receipts are printed on site at the customer’s premises in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance H18.
  • On the spot, inquiries can be made about the availability, turnover and liabilities of the client.
