GENERAL TERMS
I. SUBJECT
1. These General Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the relations between Eltrade Ltd. – with seat and address of management in the city of Botevgrad, Sofia region, Industrial Zone Microelectronics, and commercial address in Sofia, bul. “Gotse Delchev”, bl. 102, hereinafter referred to as TRADER, on the one hand, both the person who uses products and services of Eltrade Ltd., and the person who has expressed electronically – through the online store E ltrade.com, consent to the terms of purchase, hereinafter referred to as the Client, on the other.

III.GENERAL PROVISIONS
3.1. The General Terms and Conditions of Eltrade bind all customers/ Buyers/ Users of the E ltrade.com/ online store Eltrade.com.
3.2. Any use of Eltrade.com means that you have (a) carefully read the terms and conditions of its use and (b) have agreed to abide by them unconditionally.
3.3. Eltrade Ltd. reserves the right to update and amend E ltrade.com Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect any changes to the way the website operates and the terms or any changes to legal requirements. Each transaction in E ltrade.com shall be subject to the general terms and conditions that were in force at the time of concluding the distance agreement between the Client and the Merchant.
3.4. If any of the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Use of E ltrade.com turn out to be invalid or unenforceable, regardless of the reason for this, then this does not entail the invalidity or unenforceability of the remaining provisions.
3.5. Eltrade Ltd. makes serious efforts to maintain the accuracy of the information presented to E ltrade.com. However, given possible technical errors or omissions in this information, Eltrade specifies that the images of the products are illustrative and indicative in nature, respectively the products delivered may differ from the images.
3.6. Due to the limited space and consistent structure of the information, product descriptions may sometimes be incomplete. However, at Eltrade Ltd. we strive to provide the most relevant and important information.
3.7. All goods, including those in promotion/discount, are sold and delivered until stocks are exhausted, even if this is not explicitly stated in E ltrade.com.
3.8. Well ltrade.com may contain links to other sites. Eltrade is not responsible for the privacy policy of websites that it does not administer, as well as for other information contained therein.
IV. TERMS OF USE F LTRADE.COM
4. By registering on the site and by ticking a box in the provided blank field next to the declaration, the Client confirms and declares his/her consent to the following:
4.1. Upon registration of E ltrade.com the Client provides true, accurate, up-to-date and complete information necessary for the implementation of the sale by filling in all mandatory fields of the registration form.
4.2. Eltrade.com shall not be liable for false and/or inaccurately executed order, in case the Client provides false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete information, and in addition, he has the right to deny further access to the person to part or all of the services offered to E ltrade.com.
4.3. The Client declares his consent to receive information through the provided contact details, commercial communications about Eltrade.com products and services and/or current activities, marketing and promotional messages and/or for the purposes of market research and information collection, and in case the Client does not wish to receive such information, the Client should explicitly refuse to receive it through the enquiry and contact forms, indicated on the web.
V. PRESENTED GOODS AND SERVICES OF E LTRADE.COM
5.1. The information on goods in E ltrade.com is distributed by type of group and subgroup.
5.2. The page (link) to each item specified in E ltrade.com provides information about the price, the main characteristics of the goods, availability and additional information aimed at assisting customers in making an informed choice when purchasing the product.
5.3. All prices indicated on E ltrade.com are in euros and VAT included. In case the goods have several modifications, the prices for each of the modifications are indicated on the page. F ltrade.com has the right at any time and without notice to make changes to the published products, services, prices and other characteristics of the goods and customers are considered to be informed of these changes as of the date of their publication. Some of the information published in E ltrade.com may refer to products, services or programs that are not offered and are not currently available.
VI. ORDER. ORDER FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY
6.1. The Client uses Eltrade.com to place an order for the products offered by the Merchant.
6.2. The customer has the right to order all goods and services listed on the E ltrade.com website. When placing an order, the Client has the right to choose the type, brand and model of the goods and their quantity, payment terms, delivery method, according to the options offered to E ltrade.com.
* The Client has the opportunity to place an order for goods that are not available in the online store at the time of the order and are ordered especially for the Client from the respective supplier.
6.3. The client shall conclude the contract for the purchase and sale of the goods according to the following procedure:
(1) Registration of the Client and provision of data for the execution of the delivery.
(2) Logging in to Eltrade.com and creating a profile for placing orders.
(3) Selection of selected items.
(4) Ticking in the field “I am familiar with the general terms and conditions” and pressing the “Order” button;
(5) Confirmation of the order by the Merchant via email.
6.4. (1) The order(s) shall be processed within the Merchant’s working hours from Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
(2) The delivery of the confirmed orders shall be carried out by a courier company chosen by the Merchant or by the Trader’s own transport.
(3) The delivery time is up to 5 working days after the confirmation of the order.
(5) The trader shall not be liable for delay in delivery caused by the actions of a courier or courier company.
(6) If it is impossible to deliver the order through the fault of the Client, the Merchant shall owe the Merchant the amount of the transport costs incurred.
VII. PAYMENT FOR PURCHASED GOODS AND SERVICES
7.1. In case of payment in cash, cash on delivery, of the ordered and delivered goods and/or services, the Client undertakes to pay at the time of delivery to E ltrade.com or to his representative/subcontractor performing the delivery of the ordered goods, its full value, according to the confirmed order.
7.2. When paying by bank transfer, the Client pays an amount equal to the value of the ordered goods, according to the confirmed order, to the bank account of Eltrade Ltd., indicated in the generated invoice and only after the payment is confirmed and the corresponding amount is credited to the bank account of Eltrade Ltd., E ltrade.com performs the delivery of the ordered goods and services.
VIII. REFUSAL OF PURCHASED GOODS
8.1. Each of the parties may terminate the individual contract by giving one week’s notice to the other party in case of non-fulfillment of the obligations under the contract.
8.2. The Client, if he is a natural person (“consumer” under the Consumer Protection Act), has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Merchant without giving reasons for this within 14 days. The withdrawal period is determined by the date on which the Client or a third party other than the courier has received the goods.
8.3. In order to exercise his/her right of withdrawal and return the goods, the Client must notify the Merchant thereof via the e-mail address indicated on Eltrade.com.
8.4. The right of withdrawal can be exercised only if the Client provides the Merchant with the documents for the purchase of the goods – the original invoice and the original receipt.
(4) The Merchant shall refund the amount received by the Client without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the date on which the Client has informed the Merchant of his/her decision to withdraw from the contract.
(5) The return of the goods to the Merchant’s warehouse is at the expense of the Client.
9. Upon returning a fiscal device that has been put into operation, the Client pays for the scrapping of the device.
IX. ADVERTISING IN ELTRADE PRODUCTS
9.1. “Eltrade” Ltd. has the right to visualize in its products and applications information, promotional and advertising messages related to its products, services, functionalities or offers of its commercial partners. These messages form part of the user interface of the products and applications and the use of the products and applications implies their acceptance.
X. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
10.1. All intellectual property rights in the elements of the Eltrade.com belong to Eltrade, including, but not limited to: texts, graphics, computer programs, databases, etc. similar.
XI. APPLICABLE LAW
11.1. For all issues not regulated by these General Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
