“City Market LM” – one of the new richly stocked and good-looking grocery stores in the district. Manastirski Livadi – West in Sofia, which opened its doors a year ago on an area of more than 300 square meters, has chosen to organize its commercial process (orders, deliveries, sales, audits and reporting) entirely with Eltrade products.
On the advice of a manager in one of the telecommunications companies, the owner, who at that time was researching the market to choose equipment, decided to fully trust Eltrade. The good recommendation led to the construction of a complete solution for the needs of the store, namely – two workplaces with fiscal devices, equipped with hardware and software “Detelina”, through which to quickly identify about 10,000 items, as well as to centralize and manage the commercial process.
More than a year after the opening of the site, the client shares that he is very satisfied with the implemented complete solution. In addition to the equipment itself, he gives a particularly positive assessment of the maintenance service. City Market LM also plans to integrate the voucher module into the Detelina commercial software, through which the processing time of customer food vouchers is significantly reduced, thanks to the automation applied by Eltrade.
