The new requirements of Ordinance H-18 of the Ministry of Finance oblige all retail outlets that use sales management software (SMMS) to bring it in line with the regulatory requirements.
If you use a license of the software product “Clover” of the company “Eltrade” in your sites and you want the software to comply with Ordinance H-18, you need to be included in a schedule for installation and configuration of the new version “Clover 6”, which has been developed according to the new requirements. The new software product is included in the public list of software approved by the NRA for sales management in retail outlets.
In order to include you in the schedule for switching to the licensed version, you must contact us to specify a date for the service.
In case you do not do so, it is possible that the system in your retail outlet will not be brought into compliance with the regulatory requirements within the statutory deadline, which is until July 31, 2020.
It is important to know that “Clover 6” is now available only through subscription. Each subsequent modification will be automatically added to the functionalities of the software and the client will always be able to use the most up-to-date version of the product.
Before requesting a software upgrade, you should be aware that some of the functions in the product you have used so far may not work after switching to the new version. Some limitations in functionality are imposed by changes in legislation and we have no right not to introduce them.
