For a week now, there have been new additions to the “Service”, “Production” and “System Integration” departments of “Eltrade”. Manol, Stefan, Slavi and Vladimir from the Vocational High School of Precision Engineering and Optics “M.V. Lomonosov” acquire new skills in a real environment that can start their professional career.
The internship of eleventh graders will last a total of two weeks, during which they go through a short incoming training, after which they are given real tasks. If they do well, some of them may receive their first job offer.
For several years now, Eltrade has been offering internships and internships for pupils and students during the summer and all year round. We successfully partner with the Technical University of Sofia, the Lomonosov National Vocational School of Vocational Education and the John Atanasoff Vocational School.
Internships are organized according to the needs of educational institutions – one day a week during the school year or for two weeks during the summer.
Over thirty pupils and students have interned in various departments of the company over the past three years. Of these, four were employed.
