The Varna team of “Eltrade” implemented the “Detelina Call Center” module in the newest restaurant-pizzeria “Fratelli” – Fratelli Slivnitsa. This is the fifth restaurant in the chain that works with Detelina’s modules for restaurants – POS Touch and BOS. They combine the functions of a cash desk (POS) and an administrative desk (BOS), and with the “Head Office” module, the client centrally manages all his sites.
The chain also makes deliveries to the customer’s address, for which it uses the “Clover Call Center” module. As part of the delivery order management system, it is connected to the order forwarding module, to the cash desks and to the main BOS module of Detelina. It makes it much easier to accept and process orders, distributing them from the headquarters to the different sites of the fulfillment and delivery chain.
