The Golden Fish Complex manages its restaurant with commercial software “Detelina BOS plus POS”, and for even faster customer service, the owners also chose the “Kitchen Display” module, which allows you to visualize orders from the checkout workplace (POS) on a monitor in the kitchen. Thus, even when taking the order, the chefs see it on the screen, including the specific requirements of the client, if any.
The hotel complex is located in the village of Durankulak, on the shore of Durankulak Lake. It is built of eco-materials and includes several houses on two floors. The restaurant has a spacious terrace and is located twenty meters from the water, where a small wooden pier enters the lake. The interior of the restaurant is reminiscent of an old ship. The menu abounds with sea and lake delicacies – various types of freshly caught fish, caviar, crabs, shrimp and many other temptations. Customers are also attracted by the good fish soup, which is a specialty of the restaurant.
