The Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) is the central bank of the Republic of Bulgaria. The main objective of the BNB is to maintain price stability by ensuring the stability of the national currency. The Bank shall assist in the establishment and operation of efficient payment systems and supervise them. It is the only issuing institute in Bulgaria and maintains cash circulation.
