“Elena Mes” Ltd. owns its own meat production and meat processing enterprise, located in the mountain town of Elena, at the foot of Mount Chumerna in the Central Balkan Mountains. It produces a wide range of raw-dried sausages and delicacies from unshredded meat, minced meats, perishable semi-finished products and cuts.

The company’s company store in the town of Lovech works with commercial software “Detelina” and reports sales of a fiscal device of “Eltrade”.
