Gelato & Latte is a modern gelateria that applies Italian traditions in making gelato, preparing it with Bulgarian farm milk, its own production by Rozino organic farm. It has ice cream shops in the Iztok district of Sofia, San Stefano Plaza, Sopharma Business Towers and the city of Sopot.

The chain operates in all its sites with the sales management software “Detelina”, with an additional module “Head Office” for their centralized management. Their points of sale are equipped with fiscal printers and POS terminals from Eltrade.
