The oldest military higher school in Bulgaria – the Military Academy “G. S. Rakovski”, manages the canteen catering in its facilities, located in its central building in the capital, with the software solution for canteen systems of “Eltrade”.

The implemented project includes all the basic functionalities of Detelina for canteen systems – preliminary POS requests, “Production” module, card payment system, etc.

About 350-400 employees eat daily in the academy’s canteen, identifying themselves and paying for their consumption with a card. There are also incoming customers who receive temporary cards and pay for their food at the checkout. The bar in the building also works with “Clover BOS+POS”.

In addition to using the commercial software “Detelina Premium”, the organization has equipped itself with various hardware devices from “Eltrade” – a touch monitor, a mobile data terminal, a barcode scanner, POS terminals and ELTRADE cash registers.
