The Academy was established as a single medical and educational-scientific complex with the task of carrying out a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic activities, developing military medical science and conducting training, specialization and improvement of military medical personnel in order to maintain the readiness and combat capability of the army, to preserve and restore the health of military personnel.

For the needs of its commercial processes at the registries and in its laboratories, the Military Medical Academy uses cash registers with the ELTRADE brand.
