Foodo.bg – the newest supermarket in the district. “Krastova Vada” in Sofia, opened its doors in July, equipped with hardware and software from “Eltrade. The owners of the site – the Pleven company Cisco Trading, chose a complete solution for a medium-sized store, which includes commercial software “Detelina Premium” with two cash desks, fiscal printers, labeling scales, POS terminals, customer displays, safes, stands, barcode scanner, module for payment with vouchers, module “Detelina mobile reports”, module for connection to a bank terminal.
The Eltrade team carried out all activities for the integration and implementation of the system and trained the on-site staff to work with it. The employees of the supermarket also rely on timely support if necessary, by subscribing to the “Remote Assistant” service.
