The stylish and already well-known restaurant Colibri Bar & Dinner, located on Blvd. “Cherni Vrah”, recently trusted the team of “Eltrade” in choosing a complete solution for restaurants. The restaurant was equipped with the “Detelina Premium” RMSTO , one Back office, three POS workplaces, one of which is intended for the hostess when accommodating the guests in the hall.
The project included ten mobile devices for taking orders, as well as eight kitchen printers installed in the different departments – cold, hot kitchen, pizzas, grill, bar, etc. With the help of mobile devices, waiters accept orders, after which the information goes to the respective kitchen printer.
Colibri Bar & Dinner is a new site of the owner, who has two more restaurants, one of which is in the yard of Pirogov. All three sites work with our software.
The new restaurant has a capacity of 120 seats and is one of the restaurants in Sofia that offers European and fusion cuisine.
