The well-known in Burgas restaurant for doners and grill “Sesame” opened on September 14 its third site, based entirely on automatic payment with two ELTRADE Smart Pay machines.
After automating the process of orders and payments in another of their sites less than a year ago with an Eltrade vending machine, for their new restaurant in the Slaveykov district (next to bl. 46), near a school, the owners decided to install not one, but two machines.
Restaurants are open around the clock and the ability for customers to self-serve is very important because it saves the company costs for night shifts of cashiers and halves the need for employees to accept payments, according to Sesame. The service has also improved, according to them. Customers, especially younger ones, are satisfied with the opportunity to choose a product from the menu in peace and pay faster.
The project was implemented by the company “Izot-Electronics”, a long-time distributor of “Eltrade” products.
