With its opening in 2021, the Babenets complex chose to manage its business with commercial software Detelina and the hardware devices necessary to organize the activity. The solution they chose, in addition to “Clover POS” and “Clover BOS”, includes two more software modules “Kitchen Display”, through which orders from the cash desk are visualized on a monitor in the kitchen. They also use 7 mobile devices with uploaded POS application for Android, which optimizes the process of collecting customer orders.
The complex is located in Gorna Oryahovitsa. It consists of a restaurant, a swimming pool, a lobby bar, a children’s playground and a hotel part, which is expected to be open to visitors in the fall of this year. Many large-scale events are held in the complex – proms, weddings and other group events.
Recently, “Babenets” expanded its activities, putting into operation an outdoor pool with a lobby bar. For sales management in this sector, the team chose a fiscal printer and a POS printer from Eltrade and Detelina POS software.
