The well-known restaurant for doners and grill “Sesame” in Burgas is already accepting orders and payments of a self-service vending machine from the ELTRADE Smart Pay series. The project was implemented by the company “Izot-Electronics”, a long-time distributor of “Eltrade” products.
The machine is built into the façade of the site. Customers select the desired product from the menu and pay in cash or by card. In addition to a fiscal receipt, they also receive a duplicate of it, which they hand over to the chef who fulfills the order.
The restaurant works around the clock and, according to the owners, the ability for customers to self-serve saves the company’s costs for night shifts of cashiers. It halves the need for employees who accept payments, and service improves significantly, according to Sesame. Customers, especially younger ones, are satisfied with the opportunity to choose a product from the menu in peace and pay faster.
