The Kipa depo chain of stores now offers its customers the opportunity to check in advance the prices of the items they are interested in at the Price checker terminal.
Since its establishment in 2020, the company “My Hold”, which is the owner of the chain, has been working with hardware devices insured by “Eltrade”. Sales are managed with Detelina commercial software, and the sites are connected and controlled from a head office.
The Price checker terminal chosen by the company was also provided by Eltrade. After scanning the barcode of the product on the device, the customer sees on the monitor its current price and whether it is in promotion. By clicking on the “Additional Information” button, the customer can learn details about the composition and application of the selected product.
In the extremely dynamic economic environment, which requires frequent adjustments in the prices of some goods, this device is quite useful. The voice pronunciation of the information displayed on the screen helps people with visual impairments. And the ability for the customer to check the price of the terminal himself saves unpleasant situations in which the price of the label does not correspond to the price when charging at the checkout.
Kipa Depot supermarket chain is engaged in the import of detergents and cleaning agents, fabric softeners, organic foods, cosmetics, herbal medicines and extracts from Turkey. It operates three stores – three in Varna and one in the village of Priseltsi.
