Adapting to the restrictions imposed on the restaurant sector, Flora Bar & Grill – one of the most modern restaurants in Burgas, focuses on the delivery of food for home and office.
In order to provide its customers with the best possible service, the restaurant decided to implement a system to optimize the processes in the site. The solution chosen by the team includes commercial software “Clover Premium”, kitchen screens and the “Clover POS for Android” application.
To receive and ship orders, the restaurant uses the “Clover Call center” application with an integrated automatic control panel from Telenor. The calls are accepted by the computer itself, and the client’s phone number is automatically saved in the software.
The project was implemented by our distributor “Izot-Electronics” together with the Burgas office of “Eltrade”.
Flora Bar & Grill is located in the Lazur complex, meters from the Sea Garden. The restaurant, which opened its doors in the summer of 2019, offers its visitors homemade pasta, pizza, risotto and Mediterranean delicacies.
