The game is held in compliance with these General Terms and Conditions, which are fully compliant with the current legislation in the Republic of Bulgaria.
By registering for participation in the Game, each participant explicitly declares that he is familiar with the general terms and conditions, agrees with them and accepts them.
Participation in the game is not tied to a purchase.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for their monetary value.
A mandatory condition is that upon receipt of the license for commercial software “Detelina Light 5”, it must be installed in a registered commercial site of a participant in the game by a specialist of Eltrade Ltd.
Installation, training and support subscription for 1 /one/ month are not included in the free license.
Each participant is entitled to one registration in the online form.
Eltrade Ltd. is not responsible for erroneously submitted data.
Participants can receive the won free license for commercial software “Detelina Light 5” on site at the offices of Eltrade Ltd., after presenting an ID card and signing a handover protocol, no later than 2 /two/ months from the date of announcement of the winners. After this date, the winners lose the right to receive their free license.
Join our online game and you can earn one of the 10 licenses for commercial software “Clover Light 5” every month.
To participate in the game, you need to fill out our online form, which is located below on the page. The winners will be drawn randomly until the 15th /fifteenth/ day of the respective month. The names of the winners will be announced on the website of Eltrade Ltd. /section “WINNERS” on the page/, by the 15th /fifteenth/ day of the respective month.
Participation in the game every month requires monthly registration.
The organizer of the Game “Clover Game” is Eltrade Ltd., a company registered and operating under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, with headquarters and address of management: Sofia. Botevgrad, IZ Microelectronics, registered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency under Unified Identification Code (UIC) 832076302, registered as a personal data administrator in the register of personal data administrators, maintained by the Commission for Personal Data Protection, under identification number 87309, represented by the manager Nikolay Mihaylov Prodanov.
Natural persons who have reached the age of 18 have the right to participate.
Only one person per company is allowed to participate.
Employees of Eltrade Ltd., as well as their family members, are not allowed to participate in the game.
Distributors of Eltrade Ltd., their employees and their family members are not eligible to participate in the game.
Participation period from 12.08.16 to 12.09.16; Withdrawal of the winners until 15.09.16;
Participation period from 13.09.16 to 12.10.16; Withdrawal of the winners until 15.10.16;
Participation period from 13.10.16 to 12.11.16; Withdrawal of the winners until 15.11.16;
An unclaimed reward 2 months after the withdrawal is considered invalid.
The organizer is registered under the Personal Data Protection Act with the Commission for Personal Data Protection as a personal data administrator under identification number 87309.
By filling out the online form, the participants give their consent for their personal data to be processed by the organizer of the game, as well as declare that they are familiar with the terms and conditions of the game, published on the website of Eltrade Ltd. at the address: www.eltrade.com and announced on site at the head office, at Sofia, Gotse Delchev Blvd., bl.102.
During the conduct of this game, the organizer reserves the right to collect and administer the personal data of the participants related to participation in the game. The Organizer declares that the collected personal data will be stored in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and will not be provided to third parties except in cases expressly defined by law, and that no additional personal data of the participants will be collected during the conduct of this game without their consent.
Participants in the Game are obliged to comply with these general terms and conditions and rules for participation in the Game.
The Organizer reserves the right to change or supplement the General Terms and Conditions of the Game at its own discretion, and the changes come into force after their publication on the website of Eltrade Ltd. at the address: www.eltrade.com
The Organizer is responsible for the conduct of the Game in accordance with the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions.
The Organizer is not responsible for any damages that are not a direct and immediate consequence of the participation of the Participants in the Game.
By the fifteenth day of the respective month, 10 /ten/ participants will be randomly drawn, and each of them wins a free license for commercial software “Detelina Light 5”.
From all registered, the winners will be drawn randomly in the presence of a notary.
