The fast food restaurant “Hesburger” on Bul. “Todor Alexandrov” in Sofia is already accepting orders and payments for a self-service vending machine from the ELTRADE Smart Pay series.
The machine has a vertically oriented 22-inch screen, with the ability to choose two languages from the menu. The PC is equipped with commercial software “Detelina”, a module for control of a kitchen display, a module for control of an info display, combined menus, payment by bank cards and a module for offline synchronization.

The machine accepts payment only by card and smart device (phone or watch), and after finalizing the order, the information is sent to the kitchen. From the built-in fiscal printer Epson TM-T810F , the self-service customer receives a fiscal receipt with a unique serial number. After the food is prepared, this number is visualized on the information display in the restaurant and the customer understands that his order is ready.
After the placement of the self-service vending machine in the restaurant on Blvd. “Todor Alexandrov” both customers and sellers are of the opinion that the service is significantly improved. The main advantage, according to them, is the ability to choose products from the menu in peace, as well as fast and accurate payment without waiting in line.
The Finnish fast food chain Hesburger opened its first location in Bulgaria in 2016, and today the company operates 22 restaurants in the country, with plans to increase them to 50 in the next 10 years. In addition to Finland and Bulgaria, the chain is present in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Germany, Ukraine and Belarus.
