As part of the delivery order management system, it is connected to the order forwarding module, to the cash desks and to the main BOS module of Detelina.
The system can work with several sites, with a telephone exchange for receiving calls from customers and several workstations for dispatchers who record orders in a local database. It consists of two main modules: a dispatch module for accepting orders and a module for forwarding orders.
The dispatch module can be installed on a computer at the site itself or on a remote computer. It plays the role of a call center that accepts orders from customers over the phone and sends them for execution to the site.

How does it work?
Upon receipt of a delivery request, the operator selects a site to which it transfers the request in order to be executed. The choice of site is determined by the delivery location. If the customer number is already available, the system keeps a history of address and previous orders. The operator enters the customer data into the system or finds them from the data already entered in the database.
The order information is sent to the selected site, where it is visualized on a kitchen display or POS terminal. After it is prepared and executed, the order is completed in the system, and a message is sent to the plant that the order has been shipped.
The system allows you to set a specific time for execution by transferring the request.
