The Detelina commercial software now has the ability to create a local archive of all open accounts from the work terminals in the site. The backup process is done automatically after each event in the database, which includes changing accounts or when starting the program. In case of loss of connection to the database, the archived accounts are available for viewing and a note can be printed to them.
This functionality is especially useful in case of a system crash, such as a server crash or network issues.
