Choosing as their brand the name of Tsar Shakhrayar from the favorite fairy tales of children and adults “One Thousand and One Nights”, the owners of the brand new fast food restaurant Shahrayar Premium Fast Food on Shahrayar Blvd. Vitosha in the capital draw the attention of their customers to the authentic Arabic tastes, “seasoned” with an adventurous spirit and exciting stories. Freshly prepared shawarma (the Arabic name for doner) with chicken and beef, mouthwatering falafels and hummus are offerings that cannot be resisted.
Driven by the desire to provide maximum convenience to its customers, the company chose Eltrade as a partner. The company equips the restaurant with the necessary hardware for the activity, as well as software solutions for optimizing processes.
For fast service and execution of orders, a self-service Eltrade Smart Pay vending machine was installed at the site, where customers place orders themselves and pay in cash or by bank card. Given the location in the center of Sofia and the flow of foreigners, the interface of the machine is bilingual.
The vending machine is integrated with the “Detelina” commercial software, which makes sales management even easier. Thanks to the “Kitchen Display” module and its additional functionality for visualizing the finished orders on an information monitor placed in the restaurant, customers can see when their order is ready. Thus, the staff focuses entirely on the preparation of the food and does not waste time in carrying out activities that are automated.
The restaurant, conveniently located in the heart of the city, offers a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. And the enjoyment of the authentic flavors of Middle Eastern cuisine is guaranteed!
