The Panorama Spa Complex in the town of Elena has been using the Eltrade system since 2016. Motivated by the even better opportunities offered by the new versions of the software, the owners of Cherry Ltd. decided to renovate and install two workplaces with commercial software “Detelina POS” and one with “Detelina BOS”, as well as to replace some of the older hardware devices with new ones.
The POS Android and “Kitchen Display” modules added to the system also contribute to the good customer service in the restaurant at the complex. In the first case, waiters upload orders to a mobile device with an application that sends a command to a monitor in the kitchen, and the chefs figure out what dish to prepare. This direct connection speeds up the process of submitting the request and the time for its execution is shortened. Similar is the role of the “Kitchen Display” module, which allows you to visualize orders from the checkout workplace (POS) on a monitor in the kitchen, on which, in turn, the chefs mark the ready-to-serve dishes.
Complex “Panorama” has a spa and wellness center. The place is ideal for relaxation in nature on the beautiful Elena Balkan. During the summer season, guests can enjoy a heated outdoor pool with salt water and a salt purification system. The complex includes an indoor restaurant with delicious local specialties and a terrace restaurant with panoramic views of the mountain.
