The readjustment of cash registers and fiscal devices, associated with the lower VAT rate of 9% for restaurant and catering services, books, textbooks, as well as for baby food and diapers, is a relatively small problem.
“Every owner could do it himself. We have provided a very innovative cloud service where every owner of a fiscal device can set the tax rates of the products for which this is allowed free of charge.” This is what Nikolay Prodanov, CEO of Eltrade, said in the show “Business Start” on Bloomberg TV.
