A second self-service vending machine was purchased from Eltrade the Alpha Spa & Pool mineral pool in Dobrinishte. The company “ALPHA 2085”, which owns the complex, introduced an autonomous system for paying the entrance fee almost a year ago, placing the first Eltrade Smart Pay machine at the entrance of the site.
A customer of the company since the opening of the pool in 2006, the company once again trusted Eltrade, which was also contributed by the flawless operation of the first purchased vending machine. According to the owners, the use of the self-service machine reduces the workload of the staff and provides better control. For the period during which the site uses the payment machine, the turnover of the complex has increased by 25%.
The company “ALPHA 2085” manages its activities with commercial software “Detelina Premium” with almost all modules of the system. Self-service vending machines are connected to the software, where a ticket is generated with a unique barcode that is valid for one visit within the day.
Alpha SPA & Pool is the largest mineral beach in Bansko and Dobrinishte. The complex has two swimming pools with mineral water pleasant for swimming and relaxation, outdoor bars, a restaurant and a children’s playground with a small children’s pool.
