“Khan Hadji Nikoli” in Veliko Tarnovo already manages the activities of the restaurant in the complex with commercial software “Detelina POS plus BOS” and the “Kitchen Display” module. The owners decided to replace the software they have used so far with an Eltrade system, due to the good reviews of other customers and the opportunities and advantages of the product presented to them. The project was implemented by our distributor “Stack” from Gorna Oryahovitsa.
The inn has a very interesting history. The building, which is located on the old Samovodska Charshia, is of architectural and historical value. Its design and construction are the work of master Kolyu Ficheto, who created a magnificent monumental building, which is still compared to a Venetian palace. He built it for the wealthy Tarnovo merchant Hadzhi Nikoli.
Today, after a long restoration, “Khan Hadji Nikoli” is a complex of a restaurant, a wine bar, a museum and an art gallery.
