Two grocery stores in Gorna Oryahovitsa replaced the commercial software they have been using for 20 years with Detelina. The owner of the company “Freya Food Trade”, which has been developing these sites for 30 years, trusted the office of “Eltrade” in Veliko Tarnovo.
The installed and configured system includes one POS terminal with “Clover POS” in stores plus “Clover BOS” in the company’s head office. The three sites are at a distance from each other and the databases exchange data through the offline communication module. Thanks to the integrated system, the owners of the company exercise effective control over the entire process – from deliveries to the sale of goods in both stores.
