Varna Bus Station successfully implemented a project for modernization of the access and access regime of the adjacent parking lot, trusting the professional solutions of Eltrade.
The project was implemented in partnership with Automation BG and includes the installation of a modern parking system, designed to provide secure, convenient and effective access control. The main goal was to improve the management of access to the parking lot of the bus station, to optimize the access regime and to facilitate the service of customers, employees and subscribers. The system aims to reduce the risk of unauthorized access and offer a more convenient way to pay for and register the stay of cars.
The parking system involves the installation of Smart Pay V2 – a self-service payment device that serves as a Pay Station. The station allows customers to pay for their stay quickly and easily by accepting both cash payments and card transactions, which greatly facilitates the payment process and reduces the downtime when leaving the parking lot.
To restrict free access and to securely control the entry and exit of cars, high-quality “TAU” barriers were placed. The barriers are designed for intensive use, ensuring reliability and a long service life.
“Dahua” cameras were installed to recognize license plates, which register the numbers of entering and exiting vehicles. This allows the automatic identification and passage of company cars, buses, subscribers with prepaid or exempt stay. The system records the period of stay from the moment of passing through the barriers and provides up-to-date information on the occupancy of parking spaces in real time.
Based on the collected data, complete reports on entry-exit movements can be extracted, as well as detailed information on the downtime, which is especially useful for analyzing and optimizing parking management management.
The implementation of this project represents a significant step towards the modernization of Varna Bus Station and the optimization of the management of parking spaces. The installed system, developed by Eltrade in partnership with Automation BG, proves that modern technologies can significantly improve the efficiency and security of public parking lots, providing convenience and comfort for both staff and customers.
We expect the system to continue to improve the parking and access control processes, making Varna Bus Station an even more functional and safe place for travelers.
