The chain of stores “Slavex” is already working with the commercial software “Detelina”. The company carries out wholesale and retail trade in food and industrial goods, as well as delivery trade. There are a total of 6 stores – four in Yambol and two more in the region.
The company replaces the software in all its sites with Detelina after the system used so far no longer meets the needs of its business. Eltrade’s offer is preferred to that of two other competitors. One of the factors motivating the choice is the possibility of offline synchronization of cash desks, which allows sales not to stop, even if the server is damaged. This is possible because in offline mode of operation, each checkout workplace works independently and is independent of a server.
“One of the big challenges before us was the client’s requirement to work only at night so that the working hours of the stores do not change,” says Venelin Florev, regional manager of the Burgas office – the team that carried out the integration of the software. According to him, the chain has equipped all its sites with the high-end DIGI SM 5300 PC-based scales offered by Eltrade, which are distinguished by many technological advantages.
