Store Solutions
We offer three options for retail site management systems. The solutions are built with specialized hardware and software for sales management in the “Detelina” retail outlets for a store.
The schemes are example – you can add, remove or replace elements depending on the needs of the site. The solution is suitable for:

SAMPLE SCHEME
- One workspace with two functions
– Tagging and Making Sales (POS).
– Administrative functions (BOS): inventory management, deliveries, price entry, audits and scrapping of goods.
- On a single computer
BOS and POS operations in the store are carried out on one computer.
- Fiscal printer
The cash register operates in fiscal printer mode, controlled by the store software.
- Barcode scanner and electronic weighing
Making sales is easy and fast through the use of a barcode scanner, an electronic scale and a safe connected to the computer.

Issuance of customer discount cards and gift vouchers.

Detelina software supports adding a photo to a product record.

The solution includes N number of workplaces organized with Detelina Premium software (plus the “Head Office” module) and hardware devices of leading suppliers.

Through the additional module “Head Office” the sales of each site in the chain are monitored in real time and from one place.
- References
Get aggregated information from all objects in the chain.
- Different prices for the same product
The pricing policy is centralized, and different selling prices for the same product can be set for individual sites.
- Promotions
It is possible to implement different types of promotions, which may differ for individual sites.
- Nomenclatures
All sites are managed from the central office, from which the nomenclature for the entire chain is created.
- Check prices
The Detelina software has the functionality to compare the price of the labels on the shelf with that of the checkout of the store and accept goods through mobile terminals.
- Revisions with mobile terminals
Partial audits can be carried out with mobile terminals and stocks in the warehouse can be controlled.
- Control
Individual stores have limited rights: they cannot create and edit items, change the selling price, change item groups or print groups. They cannot change warehouse nomenclatures or users’ access to the system, as well as create their own promotions.
- Autonomy
In case of disconnection with the plant, each individual site in the chain continues to operate independently. When the connection is restored, the information in the sites and in the head office is automatically updated.
- Configuration flexibility
In addition to “Head Office”, other modules of commercial software “Detelina” can be added to the configuration, depending on the needs of the client.
- Periodic data exchange
Data is exchanged periodically in both directions. Changes in the nomenclature are sent to the sites, and the data on sales, deliveries, discharges, marriage, etc. are received.
