Petraki Culinary House, which opened its doors in Chirpan, organizes its commercial operations with the Eltrade system. The project was implemented by our distributor “Orgservice” – Stara Zagora.
The new site consists of two zones – a fast food restaurant, which offers a warm kitchen for consumption on site or for home, and a bakery with freshly baked bread. Sales throughout the site are managed with “Detelina Permium” in combination with a fiscal printer EPSON TM-T810F, a POS terminal and an ELTRADE A1 cash register, on which only sales in the bakery are marked.
The culinary house is part of the chain of neighborhood bakeries “Petraki” in Stara Zagora, where everything is produced and sold on site. According to the owner Petar Petrov, the stores offer more than 15 types of handmade bread according to old recipes – white, typed, whole grain, multigrain, with einkorn, with rye, with live kvass, with the addition of seeds, olive oil, olives, with sprinkles, baguettes, baguettes, bagels, as well as bread baked on a stone slab. There are already five bakeries and all of them have been using Eltrade cash registers since the day of their opening.
